Former president Asif Ali Zaradri is expected to fly to Karachi from Islamabad today (Friday).
According to details, Zardari was discharged from PIMS Hospital in Islamabad on Thursday after Islamabad High Court granted bail. He had been incarcerated for five months. He had spent three and a half months at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi and the other remaining month and a half at PIMS.
Former president was shifted to Zardari House on Thursday evening where he spent the night and was accompanied by his son Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, daughter Aseefa Bhutto Zardar and senior PPP leaders.
Zaradari was first expected to fly to Karachi at 9:30 am, however, the party decided against it. He was taken to PIMS for a checkup to verify whether he is in the condition or not.
The PPP leaders had booked five tickets on a private airline.
On Wednesday, a special bench of the Islamabad High Court, headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah, granted Zardari bail. On December 3, Zardari had filed a bail petition on medical grounds.

Arrangements have been made in Karachi to shift him to a hospital.
