 Aryan Khan bail plea finally accepted by the Bombay High Court

As per the initial reports, the Bombay High Court has accepted the bail plea of Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan in the cruise drug case on Thursday (today). However, he will stay in jail today. The detailed verdict will be issued by the court tomorrow.

Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) opposed the decision as per the department, Aryan Khan not only consumed drugs but also was part of drug trafficking in his circle.

Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 and got his bail after 25 days. After his arrest, other suspects were also arrested in the linkup of drugs case.

One of the prominent names that came out related to the drugs case was Ananya Pandey when her chats with Aryan Khan was investigated by NCB. Upon investigation from Ananya, she claimed that they were joking with each other regarding the arrangement of drugs.

Earlier reports stated that Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan’s son, who was arrested in a drug case, could be sentenced to 20 years in prison.

According to Indian media reports, Shahrukh Khan’s son has been arrested under four sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, under which the actor’s son could face up to 20 years in prison.

According to Indian media, Aryan Khan has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) under sections 8C, 20B, 27 and 35 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Media reports say Aryan could face up to 20 years in prison if the allegations are true.

It should be mentioned that reports suggest that Aryan Khan will be under house arrest after being released from jail.
