 Apologise or Resign:  Feminist Protest held at Karachi press club

Feminist protest was held at Karachi press club on Saturday, organised by Aurat March.

Dialogue Pakistan coverred Aurat March’s protest amid debate over Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent remarks, linking incidents of sexual violence with women’s modesty.

Women, men and transgender people joined the protest at Karachi Press Club where they demanded either an apology or resignation from the PM over his remarks.

Earlier, Jonathan Swan of HBO Axios interviewed Prime Minister Imran Khan, which got aired on Monday 3:00am PST.

During the interview Jonathan asked “Do you think what women wear have any affect ?”

“If women wear few clothes it will have an impact on men, unless they are a robot”, replied Imran Khan.
