KARACHI: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Tuesday arrested another man suspected to be a RAW agent and embroiled in hawala and hundi.
According to details, FIA’s Anti-Terrorism Wing arrested Junaid from Bahadurabad, Dhoraji Colony, in Karachi for alleged involvement with an international secret network of people involved in the business of hawala and hundi.
The FIA officials said that the suspect was a manager at a local money exchange company. Laptop, USB and other goods have been recovered from possession of the suspect. Many accomplices of Junaid are connected with him from Dubai, while raids are being carried out to arrest other aiders and abettors of Junaid.

On July 17, the FIA had arrested a suspect associated with international network of hawala and hundi in Karachi.
The suspect was arrested in a raid carried out by FIA’s anti-terrorism wing of Karachi on a tip-off provided by an arrested agent of Indian spy agency RAW.
FIA officials had said that the arrested suspect, Yaseen, was a manager at a money exchange company. They recovered a laptop and mobile phone from his possession. They had said the suspect was nabbed in Saddar area.
