PESHAWAR: The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) Peshawar has recovered 700 ecstasy tablets and 1.67 kilogram ice drug during separate raids.
On a tip- off at Torkham border, the ANF seized 700 ecstasy tablets, weighing 400 grams, tactfully concealed in card board (packing material) and arrested three accused.
The accused have been identified as Zain Ullah son of Ziarat Ullah, resident of Zaka Khail, Tehsil Landi Kotal, Khyber district; Mohamad Ismat Ullah son of Dakhil, resident of Nangharhar, Afghanistan and Hidyat Ullah son of Rahim Ullaha, resident of Mohala Qazian, Landi Arbab Tehsil and district.
The recovered drug was being smuggled to Afghanistan. Case has been registered under CNS act, and further investigation in progress.
Anti Narcotics Force Peshawar, at Bacha Khan International Airport in collaboration with the ASF, arrested an accused namely Mohammed Bilal son of Dilawar Khan, resident of Hassan Garhi, Peshawar and recovered ice weighing 1.67 kgs which was tactfully concealed in corncobs present in his luggage.
The accused was traveling on flight No PK-257 from Peshawar to Sharjah. A case has been registered under CNS act, and further investigation is in progress.
