Police in the Indian capital, New Delhi, have arrested a man for allegedly torturing and raping an 86-year-old woman.
Swati Maliwal, head of the Delhi Commission for Women, told the BBC that the elderly woman was attacked on Monday while she was waiting for a milkman outside her home.
According to the report, the assailant tried to take him to another place by telling him that his cowherd would not come today.

Swati Maliwal says the elderly woman shouted and said she was like her grandmother but the man left her and severely tortured and raped her.
Meanwhile, villagers passing by heard their screams and rescued them, while the assailant was also caught.
