“Allegedly, try & destroy someone’s life then settle the case”: tweets Ali Zafar about Amber Heard

Singer and actor Ali Zafar shared his two cents after Amber Heard settled the defamation case with Johnny Depp.
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard have settled their acrimonious defamation case, they said, with the actress agreeing to pay her former husband $1 million over claims he physically abused her.
In a post on Instagram, Heard said she was dropping an appeal against the $10 million payout she had been ordered to make by a jury because she “simply cannot go through” another trial.
After the news circulated online, Ali Zafar tweeted, “Allegedly, try & destroy someone’s life, cause him irreparable financial/emotional damage, ruin his career by hijacking the cause of real victims, mislead other women & the press into supporting you, create a massive ruckus and then “SETTLE”? Good enough ?”.
Keeping in mind, on 19 April 2018, Shafi accused Ali Zafar of sexual harassment on Twitter. Zafar denied the allegations and said that he would take the matter to court.
On June 23, 2018, Zafar filed a 1 billion rupees defamation case against Shafi for slander under the Defamation Ordinance 2002, claiming that Shafi had caused “tremendous injury” to his “reputation, goodwill, livelihood” through “false, slanderous and defamatory” allegations.
