The founder of Alibaba group and entrepreneur Jack Ma has made his first appearance since October, on Wednesday morning.
Jack made his appearance on a welfare organisation’s online video meeting for rural teachers after coming under tougher regulatory scrutiny.
Earlier he had blasted China’s regulatory system in a speech at a Shanghai forum that set him on a collision course with the government officials, leading to suspension of a $37-billion IPO of Alibaba’s financial affiliate Ant Group.
He had been disappeared since then, which raised the curiosity among the people.
