Ahmad Ali Butt to play ‘accidental superhero’ in Fatman

Ahmad Ali Butt is going to star in his first lead film which will be in duo Nabeel Qureshi and Fizza Ali Meerza’s next film, Fatman.

The film is a thrilling action-comedy drama revolving around an average person who mistakenly turns into a superhero, according to sources.

The actor said in a recent interview that Fatman centers around the subject of body-shaming which is not taken importantly in our society.

Butt shared his excitement of working with Qureshi and Meerza in an Instagram post.

“Looking forward to make a great film with these great creative filmmakers and hope you’ll all love it as much as I love the script. Inshallah see you next year,” he wrote.

It is still unknown who the rest of the cast members will be.

Fatman is expected to release in 2020.
