Aerial firing, flying of kite, pigeon, drone banned around Peshawar PAF Base

PESHAWAR: The local administration of Peshawar has banned flying of kite, pigeon and drone as well as aerial firing around Pakistan Air Force Base Peshawar viewing the threat they may cause to the planes.

In a notification, Peshawar Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali Asghar said a squadron leader for officer commanding of the base approached him and apprised about the possible dangers such activities could pose to the activities of the PAF base.

Therefore, he said, he had imposed ban on aerial firing, pigeon/ kite flying, pigeon shops and use of high beam laser lights at any shop or advertisement site which could be detrimental to landing of a plane, under CrPC 144 for 30 days.
