Actress and host Veena Malik has appealed for prayers from the fans for her recovery as she in unwell.
Veena Malik reported her illness on social media account and shared two photos in which she can be seen in the hospital and a blood sample is being taken for her test.
Veena Malik also wrote a translation of a Qur’anic verse in her post, “And when I am sick, Allah heals me.”
However, the actress did not specify what disease she is suffering from.
A large number of users on Veena Malik’s social media posts are praying for her speedy recovery.
Veena Malik acted from 2002 to 2014, and now after a long period of 7 years, she is stepping into the world of acting through Urduflix web series.
Earlier, Veena Malik believed that government should give a dresscode to the members of the showbiz for keeping them in limits.
The actress gave an interview to a German broadcaster’s Urdu service in which she talked about women’s clothing and the Taliban’s rule over Afghanistan.
The actress had said that the Taliban have established their government in Afghanistan, Afghanistan is connected with the Taliban and this is their land and place for which they fought a long war.
The host asked Veena, “do you intend to go to Afghanistan?” as she posted a picture wearing Burqa. The actress replied with a smile that I would go to Kandahar.
While speaking about Burqa, Veena stated “abaya has been a part of my life since I was 13 years old. I still wear burqa when I go out, not because someone forced me to do so. It is my personal choice. I feel safe in burqa.”
“I think people there will be happy to adopt a dress code imposed by Taliban in Afghanistan because they are well aware of their traditions,” she said.
Moreover, the actress also talked about Pakistan that our country is an independent country, people here wear all kinds of clothes and I think showbiz also should have a dress code, the government should give us a dress code, that you have to live within these limits
“We should not think too much about the government of Afghanistan. I sympathize with those industries where there are no restrictions and artists are able to do whatever they want,” she added.
