Actress Ayesha Sana declared as notorious criminal in cyber crime case
LAHORE: Lahore Session Court has declared actress Ayesha Sana a notorious criminal in a cyber crime case and issued a permanent arrest warrant.
Additional Sessions Judge Syed Ali Abbas issued a written order declaring Ayesha Sana a fugitive for not appearing despite repeated summons.
Despite the time period of 30 days, the accused did not appear before the court.
It was proved that the accused were deliberately hiding from the court, therefore the court declared her as notorious criminal.

Actress Ayesha Sana is accused of defaming a citizen, Yousuf Baig Mirza and his family.
The actress is also accused of sharing nasty photos of the plaintiff’s wife and daughter on social media.
According to the plaintiff, Ayesha also uploaded material against my wife and daughter on a website, which brought disrepute to the family.
Earlier in September, Judicial magistrate issued arrest warrants against actress Saba Qamar and singer Bilal Saeed in a case pertaining to shooting of a song at Wazir Khan Mosque in Lahore.
Judicial Magistrate Jawariya Munir Bhatti issued the arrest warrants.

When the challan was presented, the court summoned actress Saba Qamar and singer Bilal Saeed but they did not appear. The court issued arrest warrants for both of them for October 6. Earlier in the court, Akbari Gate police had registered a case against him for violating the sanctity of the mosque by dancing during the shooting.
It should to be noted that a case was registered against singer Bilal Saeed and actress Saba Qamar on the issue of filming of song in Wazir Khan Mosque. Section 295 has been included in the FIR. The plaintiff has accused Saba Qamar and Bilal Saeed of violating the sanctity of the mosque.
