Accusations of presence of terrorist camps pretext for false flag operation: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Spokesperson of Pakistan military forces, Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor on Tuesday said any false flag operation or misadventure by India would have serious consequences for regional peace.
In a tweet, he said, “Indian military commanders’ accusations of infiltration or presence of alleged terrorist camps in Pakistan are pretext for a false flag operation or misadventure.”
The DG ISPR said armed forces were fully prepared to respond to any aggression or misadventure regardless of the cost.

He said irresponsible statements by the Indian military commanders particularly about Azad Jammu and Kashmir were expression of their frustration because of their failure to handle the situation in Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir and attempts to divert world’s attention from Indian state terrorism and siege of Occupied Kashmir.
Earlier the Foreign Office in a statement said Pakistan has strongly rejected baseless statement of the Indian Army Chief alleging “reactivation of terror camp” in Balakot.
Responding to a media question about the statement of the Indian Army Chief, the spokesperson of Foreign Office rebutted it as completely baseless.
Dr Faisal emphasized that the Indian allegations of “infiltration” from Pakistan reflected a desperate attempt to divert international attention from the humanitarian nightmare in the occupied Kashmir being perpetrated by Indian occupation forces.
He said India would neither succeed in misleading the world community through these diversionary tactics nor will India be able to hide its unabated state-terrorism in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
