BAHAWALNAGAR: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has recovered six kilogram gold, two sacks full of currency notes, one sack full of prize bonds from house of a sweeper of the Punjab Revenue Department in Bahawalnagar.
The NAB Multan carried out raid on a tip-off at house of the sweeper Kaleem alias Kallu. He is alleged of accumulating illegal assets.

The spokesperson of the accountability watchdog said that Kallu managed to flee before the NAB carried out raid at his house, however his brother Abdul Rasheed was in police custody who was being interrogated in the case for arrest of the suspect.
On the other hand, some unidentified armed robbers mugged a sweeper of his salary on Queens Road in Sukker in broad day light. The victim was going home after withdrawing his salary from a bank.
