Lahore: It has been revealed that 4,200 schools in Punjab are deprived of basic facilities.

According to official documents, out of 52,000 schools in Punjab, 1,200 schools have no electricity connection while 3% of schools lack fences.

One percent of government schools in Punjab, numbering more than 500, lack clean water, while more than 500 schools lack toilets.

According to official documents, the school census will be conducted again on October 31 to review the facilities in the schools.

According to the schools department, the survey of schools will show the monthly income of parents, children’s B form, teacher training and other data while model schools are being set up in 11 districts of Punjab in which all basic facilities will be provided.
