An underground water system is a system that is designed in such a way that water reaches all the surrounding areas without any energy. Do you know the history of this water system?
This water system consisting of numerous wells is considered to be the oldest water system in the world. This system was invented in ancient Iran (Persia) in the year 1000 BC and in Persian it is called Qana. From Iran, it became famous first in the nearby areas and then all over the world.
In this system of water supply, a well is dug on a slope called source well, after which a tunnel is dug along with it and more wells are dug along with it.
