Almost every woman dreams of staying young forever and for Pakistani women, every woman dreams of having a youthful and flawless skin like Mahnoor Baloch. We can not deny that Mahnoor has never aged since she began her television career.

In 1993, Baloch made her acting debut with Sultana Siddiqui’s Marvi and since then, we have seen Mahnoor getting younger.

In 2000, Mahnoor started directing and producing her own drama serials; her first serial as a director was Lamhay.

This is a real world not Pirates of the Caribbean where Mahnoor got a hold of the “Fountain of the Youth”, but have you ever think how she looks so young still? She actually follows a very simple and easy routine for looking young and healthy.

Here are some tips from Mahnoor Baloch especially for all the women

Cutting Down Sugar

Who does not like desserts or a sweet beverage? But high sugar consumption can affect ones skin. Taking too many foods with a high glycemic index can lead to inflammation in the body, which affects the skin. Cutting down sugar from our meals is the first step to younger looking skin.

Mahnoor said,

“I’ve cut out sugar, wheat, and processed foods from my diet.”

Always Cleanse and Moisturize Skin

To have a wrinkle-less skin like Mahnoor, always cleanse and moisturize skin before going to sleep. Baloch told that a “sunblock” is must before stepping out in a bright sunny day.

Drink Plenty of Water for Glowing Skin

To have a healthy and a glowing skin, one should always make smart lifestyle choices. Baloch reveals,

“Drinking plenty of water, having health supplements, and working out at least 30 mins a day, 5 days a week.”

She even told that her grandmother has always recommended meditation to de-stress and swears by yoga, weight-training and cardio.
