3 New Recipes You Must Try On This Meaty Eid

Whether you agree or not, Eid al Adha is all about food. Apart from sacrificing animals for Allah, this Eid marks the beginning of barbecue sessions and over eating.
Eid ul Adha is mostly known as “Meaty Eid” because a larger variety of dishes are savory, including beef or mutton depending on the animal sacrificed in the house. Dishes like liver, kebabs, biryani, paaye are the common dishes we eat every Eid.
This year, we bring 3 new meat recipes you must try to treat your taste buds!
Beef Mughlai

Ingredients:
900g Beef
3 tbsp Oil
1 & 1/2 cup Onion
Salt to taste
4-5 Green chilies
2 tbsp Pistachio
2 tbsp Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Almonds (soaked)
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp White pepper powder
1/2 Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 cup Cream
1 & 1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 tbsp Cream
Directions:
In a grinder add pistachio, cashew nuts, almonds, milk and grind it well.
Make a smooth paste and keep aside for later use.
In a pot add two cups water, onion, cumin seeds, green chilies, boil them and keep aside.
Add boiled onion mixture, nut paste, cream in a grinder and make a smooth paste.
Take another pot add water, mutton and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes and remove skim.
In a pot heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, boiled mutton and sauté a bit.
Then add prepared paste, salt, white pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook for 5 minutes.
Add water as required and let it simmer on low flame for 30 to 35 minutes or until beef is tender.
In last add cream and cook for 5 more minutes.
Your Beef Mughlai is ready to serve.
Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Serve: 4 persons
Mutton Karhai Namak Mandi

Ingredients:
800g Mutton
1/4 cup Oil
1/2 cup Fat
Salt to taste
6 Green chilies
5 Tomatoes medium
Water as required
Directions:
Take tomatoes, place cuts in cross and boil them for one minute in water.
Remove them from hot water, immediately put them in ice cold water for a minute and then peel off skin.
Take a pan add oil, fat and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add mutton, salt, green chilies, tomatoes and add water as required.
Cover and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
Cook it well, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Serve: 4 persons
Chapshuro

Ingredients:
1 kg Beef mince
1 cup Onion
1 cup Tomatoes
1 & 1/2 tsp Green chilies
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 & 1/2 tbsp Crushed chilies
Salt to taste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Garlic
2 cups Wheat flour
1/2 cup Green Coriander
Directions:
Take a bowl add wheat flour, a pinch of salt and knead a soft dough by adding water gradually.
Take a pan add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Then add beef, tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, crushed chilies, green chilies and cook it well.
Add lemon juice and green coriander in last and cook.
Then divide the dough to equal parts, roll out and make round shape.
Then stuff beef in it and cook on a nonstick pan.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
