LAHORE: 20 hospitals in Lahore will be providing free treatment to covid-19 contracted patients.
The Punjab Health Minister, Dr Yasmin Rashid revealed that 20 hospitals have reserved two ventilators and 20 beds for patients who cant afford treatment.
Moreover, Dr Yasim said “people who are in need can contact the coronavirus control centre in Lahore in order to avail the facility.”
Earlier, on Monday, The government has started coronavirus vaccination for people aged between 40 and 49 years across the country.
Pakistan is currently vaccinating people who are 50 plus and healthcare workers with Chinese vaccines
However, a digital portal has also been launched through which a code is assigned to the person who registers themselves and then they can go to a designated vaccination centre and get inoculated.
