19-year-old Pakistani becomes youngest to climb Mount Everest
A 19-year-old Pakistani has become the youngest person who has climbed the Mount Everest.
Shehroze Kashif, 19 years old ascended the 8,849-metre mountain peak and hoisted the Pakistani flag.
Shehroze left Camp 4 on Monday night to begin his summit of the world’s tallest peak. He even shared his tracker.
Earlier, Nazir Sabir, Hasan Sadpara and Samina Baig scaled the highest Mount Everest.
Mount Everest is a peak in the Himalaya mountain range. It is located between Nepal and Tibet, an autonomous region of China. At 8,849 meters (29,032 feet), it is considered the tallest point on Earth. In the nineteenth century, the mountain was named after George Everest, a former Surveyor General of India. The Tibetan name is Chomolungma, which means “Mother Goddess of the World.” The Nepali name is Sagarmatha, which has various meanings.
