PESHAWAR: Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Muhammed Ali Asghar on Friday arrested 15 retailers for taking money, from the deserving people, received by them under Ehsaas Kifalat Program.
The local administration officers inspected the distribution points of Ehsaas Kifalat Program on Charsadda Road, Bakhshu Pull, Moosa Zai, Mashokhel, Masho Gaggar, GT Road and interior city of Peshawar and arrested 15 retailers involved in taking money from the deserving people.
Ali Asghar said legal action would be taken against arrested culprits. He asked the deserving people to receive full Rs12,000 payment under the government’s programme.
“Inform the district administration, if any retailer cuts your money,” he said.
