ATTOCK: At least 15 people were killed and 30 others wounded in a road accident near Burhan Interchange in Attock on Monday night.
The local police reported that the bus overturned while passing through Burhan Interchange killing 15 passengers then and there.
The injured were taken to nearby hospital, whereas seriously injured were referred to Rawalpindi hospital.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari expressing grief over the incident has directed the civil administration of Hassan Abdal to provide best hospital care to the victims.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar also expressed sorrow over the loss of precious human lives in the accident.
