Many stranded Pakistanis repatriated from the UAE in the midst of the coronavirus crisis tested positive for the coronavirus.
On Monday, the health department reported that 100 out of 200 passengers tested positive for COVID-19. Both passengers were quarantined upon their return on 28 April. 100 were infected after checking them, the department said.
The infected were transferred to Fatima Jinnah University, which was converted into a quarantine centre, local media reported.
