 1 lakh 48 thousand Pakistanis leave to perform Hajj which is to fall on August 9th

Hajj the Muslims’ pilgrimage is one of the 5 pillars of Islam Which starts from the 8th and ends on the 12th of Dhu al-Hijjah This year 1 lakh and 40,000 Pakistanis have left to perform Hajj.

1 Lakh and 5,000 went through government scheme and 43,000 through private. After performing Umrah,51,000 pilgrims have gone to Makkah and 8,000 are still in Madinah. Ministry of Religious Affairs’ seasonal staff and medical staff are providing their services to the pilgrims.

Different service centers have been set up to guide Pakistani pilgrims. Special wheel chair service is given to the senior citizens. For emergency pilgrims can call on 0800-1166622
